Whether you want 1:1 personal training to help you get ready for a specific event or to reach a personal goal, you’re looking to get the results of working with a PT with the fun of working out with friends or you just need some personalised advice to take away and use privately, there is a package to suit you.
- Initial consultation & assessment/programme writing/personalised nutrition advice £40
Before working with anyone on a 1:1 basis a full consultation must be undertaken. This takes approx 90-120 minutes and will be conducted at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst and will consist of some basic fitness testing, baseline measurements and a chat about your general health and lifestyle. This information will be used to help us set realistic goals together, before I write your programmes and nutrition advice. If you then book and pay in advance for 12 sessions the cost of this will be reduced to £10.
- 1:1 Personal Training session £30
Training sessions are undertaken at a location that is suitable to us both near to Lymington or if necessary at the Balmer Lawn Hotel, Brockenhurst, and will be booked for 1 hour. I can also offer 30 minute sessions or training in your own home by arrangement. There may be an additional cost for in home sessiins depending on the travel involved.
- Small group training session £15 per person
Small group sessions are ideal if you want to split the cost of Personal Training. As with 1:1 training Training sessions are undertaken at a mutually convenient pre arranged location and will be booked for 1 hour. Maximum group size is 4 people.
