September 2017:

Helen has been my Personal Trainer now for 6 weeks, I went to Helen after I had lost 6.5 stone. Since being with Helen I have lost another 1.5 stone and really started to tone up well.

The sessions are definitely pushing me to improve my fitness and tone up. I do struggle at times, however, Helen is very supportive, she encourages you to push yourself. Helen is very professional and I like that she has been through similar things to myself.
